I started playing it few years back. But seriously, i am hooked only NOW (!!!) Super addictive. Now i understand why people can play for 通宵！I believe I can be one of those ._. I LOVE SHOUTING PENG & HU! (ok, who doesn't)

Ohmygoodness, when is the next MJ session? Perhaps end of year should book some chalet for gatherings w pri sch & sec sch peep & MJ the whole night! Maybe this year 31st we can just book a place n MJ while countng down to 2009.

Had steamboat before we MJ. (: Lots of food. Prawns, sotong, chicken wings, veggies, balls etc!! But we didn't manage to finish all though. Drank a little, 40% vodka!

& baby jaycee is so cute can. Awwww love to carry her & the way she reach out and hold my hand. She will start giggling and laughing happily when I put her on my knees.

Met DAR at JP for dinner. Glad she's coping well (a super mugger!) with her sch work.

Fri: out w small green!

Caught some lousy movie of the year. Elite Squad. Perhaps is not my cup of tea, left the cinema at the 45min. Cannot stand the show and the way the movie is filmed. It puts me on sleeping mode. The first movie that actually made us walked out! & we plugged in one ear piece listening to derrick's songs. ZOMGGGGG! Imagine how bad it was to make me do that.

But it was great to see that greenny after so long uh. She missed me badly!

I'm so crazy over the boys esp 虅木直人. Damn sizzling hot! A 140min show which is definitely worth your money! It is not as draggy as I thought it'll be. One of the best movie I've watch this year! & guess what is the most coincidental thing, All the movies I caught, the cinema is 3.

Laze ard & settle down @ Mos burger to chitchatgossip.
Then met up MQ who parted w her poly mate. Trained down town. Shopped around, dear got the shoe & he got the shirts. Bused to MS for dinner. Waraku. Next had this dessert from citylink. It's nice! MQ became hunter! LOL! Her eyes are like @@ at almost all the guys she can find!

We're like so super high on the way back. Awww I don't remember consuming any alcohol. Someone ate 霸王餐 & not only that, she think her $1 very big. I so gonna get that watch!! MQ when are we gonna get? BOO I want the bag also!!! Ended the day on a high note.

AWESOME! A busy day for me. Rush here and there. But luckily, I got everything done. (:

Bday celebration. WOOOhooo I'm always consider good at lying. Hope it was a pleasant surprise! I miss the girls dearly! 9723974294 years since I last saw them, like after my exams in aug. Break the tradition & we dine in crystal jade kitchen. Had a 4 pax feast. Everything was great! Food, ambience & company was WOO! Got them chicago cheesecake & choco of a thousand leaves. Took neo @ JP. Been so long I ever step in okay, months. Hah!

HEY! Back for an update.

Saturday 6th Sept is considered my best day ever since the start of ITP/holidays. After struggling in the office for the past 2 weeks to fight Z monster, I regain my life today.

Am supposed to meet smallgreen today but she wasn't feeling ok & so she went to a doctor. Hope you're okay & yes, we gonna meet on Thurs k! Made a sudden call to ms tortoise aka perm/ strighten. Met her at 2plus & trained down J8.

Part 1
I think Derrick 的魅力让我无法招架, so went down to support him for his 2nd autograph session. The crowd was awesome! I think more people than bpp. Missed the first song, but just in time to hear the other 2; 咬字 & 我舍不得. They celebrated Derrick's bday too! Shook his hands once again & pass the lil card + letter. *AWWWWWWW* Got D poster. =)) & seriously thanks my dear for being so nice n patient.

Part 2
Walked around J8 & trained down Novena. It's like another mini FEP. Shoes everywhere. & mq looked real good with those high heels. Ignore the pain & wear them!!! Was pretty worried when I cant find Pasta de Waraku. *Shrucks* Asked the info counter & guess what? -.- The restaurant is behind us!

It is located at #01-07 SQUARE 2. & many other outlets like Marina, Central & one more coming up at Hereen!The ambience, food, service (was excellent) & most importantly the company was great! I'll definitely head back again. The manager gave us alot of recommendations & yeah, he's real nice. Mq say if bighead is there, she definitely like de lor! Similar to the guy @ NYDC that time. She love blacks.


Spaghetti Alle Vongole
The clams were good, but I find it abit rather dry. But still delicious!

Prawn Spicy Carborana
The spiciness was mild, acceptable. The prawns needless to say are damn fresh.


Scallop n Prawn w tartar souce
The pizza was really crispy & freshly made. Gosh, you gonna be hooked to it if you've never try before. The seafood are so fresh that it's like they are just being caught from the ocean. Not trying to exaggerate but *thumbs up* for the pizza. Will back for more!!!

Cassis orange/Grape
The drinks had a lil alcoholic taste so if ladies, do give it a try. Guys might prefer the Grape than Orange. The Cassis Orange is much sweeter than Grape. Personally I liked the Orange & she liked the Grape one.

How do you feel if you're out with another person, & he/she is on phone or sms-ing? To me personally, I'll never do that cause I find it rude & not respecting the other party. It doesn't mean you cannot be calling/smsing when you're out. But not the whole time yeah? Sometimes, such a behaviour can be irritating. Give it a thought, how will you feel if you're in this situation? *roll eyes* not targetting at any particular but if you do that, spare a thought uh.

It's the weekends!

It's really great to see D after a good 5days of attachment. & then shopped around town for stuffs. My legs are pretty sour and aches all over after a whole day.

For my attachment, the people are nice & helpful except the bored work scope & strong aircon. I am a scanner and was also in charged of the advisor database. But somehow, I do not know if I prefer working or studying. Both have pro and con. Awwww. Time to fly faster or slower. No answer for now.

Oh ya, someone stepped on my ck sandals that day and *snap*. I know everyone rushed for train in the morning but do you have to be so kan chiong. ZZZ. Bye sandals that is less than a mth old. My num havaianas oso snap after like 2yrs. Gotta get new ones sooooon.

Spent quite abit today. Bought necklaces, earrings from Perlini. Then met up ____. Here's 3 funny facts/jokes abt ___.

1. ___ was angry over her bro for not buying mac for her (she was super duper hungry due to not having anything for dinner). She lied to her bro that she had mcspicy when she had some sweet&sour pork to spite her bro.

2. ___ was angry so she did not bother to look at the expensive rackets he bought & threw em into his room.

3. ___ was !@#$% shocked by this auntie who tapped on her to ask for directions. Her reaction was damn comical; she said 吓死我 & of coz the auntie heard and apologized profusely. -_-"

I believe it's very obvious to guess who this ____ is. =)

Had lunch and popped over to Coffee Bean. Ordered banana choco, belgium choco & a mudpie. We chatted quite alot rubbish, crap, normal & abnormal stuff. Saw a couple displaying their affection. In my opinion, if you are really feeling passionate or anything, do it somewhere that has no people. It's really awkward for outsiders to see such situation. =X So control yourselves in the public. You'll be fine if you do such acts in MRT.

On Friday night, went out with Mr. Grumpy. I think I am crazy. Had prawn noodles for lunch & I had prawns again at night @ Adams Rd. The prawns were really huge but the soup was a lil too salty for me. Headed for Island Creamery next. Mudpie! Nutella! Thanks for the treat!

You're ever so so so nice. So when's the next makan session? Wheeeee. I am not suppose to blog abt you but I did not mention your name ah! So it's alright!

MY FIRST TIME

My ever first time going for an autograph in my whole life. How crazy can I be. But I can tell you, I NEVER REGRET GOING k!

OMG he's super duper extremeeeeeeeely cute and handsome in real person. Headed down bpp for his autograph session @ BPP on Saturday which is yesterday with jazzrel (who is crazy over d now).

Everyone started screaming when they played his songs at 2plus. Was wondering if Wendy will go because she's oso crazy over derrick. Turned and saw someone who resembles her and it turned out to be her sis!

31/08: HAPPY BIRTHDAY WENDY old YANG/YOUNG, my sec1/2 buddy in class! Stay young and hype forever, & hope u can become a maths teacher! =) Caught up abit on life and all.

The host was Chong Qing. He was a damn funny person seriously! Derrick came out and everyone went crazy, screaming. OMG. The way he move is totally awesome and impressive. He dance is wu seh de lor.. The dance moves were so cool and have the 'seh'. Awwww. He's cuteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! He was nervous I think. & Chong Qing keep dsiao-ing him, make him so shy. Haha! Heh he sang my all time fav 无法归类 & 咬字, 你走天桥 我走地下道！

I sang along during 咬字 when he asked all of us to sing along. =DD High ah!

AWWWWWW! I shook his hand and he signed on the album! He's really humble, sweet and cute in real person. Took photograph w him and told him to 加油 & he said thank you and smile sweetly. =) Melted after everything.

Hope Derrick will go far in this industry and venture into overseas market!

'D' review

Let me share with you a very talented & young local artist. Derrick Hoh with his album Unclassified, 无法归类. It's released since 30th July.

It's definitely a album that is worth buying!

No.1 无法归类 Unclassified

This song is upbeat and groovy. I think he carried the song well and yes, he danced! Looking back into the PSS days, who ever thought he could ever moved and danced like that since he's more to the guai guai type, the boy-next-door. From a little "boy" to a man now. -Awwww-

No.2 碰碰爱 Knock-out love
Another fast number. I like the way he interpreted the song, a lil of bad boy style with the accompany of the mv where he had to work with 2 girls (closely). Haha!

No.3 你走天桥 我走地下道 Overhead Bridge, Underground Pass

A slow song. It was pretty smoothing & I fell in love with this song after knowing the "story" behind from D's blog (the mv).

No.4 今天过去 After Today

I prefered this song as much more emotions were put into it.

No5: 我捨不得Can’t Let Go

A song he wrote about breaking up with his girlfriend. Can really hear the sorrows and saddness he's trying to convey here. It brings out the sentimental derrick we see in the competition.

No.6 咬字 Pronunciation

This is my favourite among all the tracks! The very first time I listened & it was so catchy that you will want to groove and sing along. His very own creation- music & lyrics. I like the way he rapped; 初一吃素 初二吃素 初三吃素. The judges kept commenting on his pronouciation during the competiton days. Somehow I find it's his trait and uniqueness! =D The way he sang the song during the bpp autograph session is cheeky.

No.7 忘得掉 Forget
I like this track too. I love all the fast no. tracks in this album. Unforgettable? Hah!

No.8 我相信 I Believe
Another slow (korean) track but I thought he sang it pretty well. I really believe in him after this track. His efforts were proven.

No.9 我的连续剧My Story
I like this song when I heard it for the first time. It's really his genre of song! His style and everything.

No.10 逆时针忘记Anti-Clockwise
A song where sorrows and pain can be heard? Playing this in the the silence of the night really makes me think alot.

No.11 克罗地亚的天空Croatia Sky
Thumbs up for Derrick. A self-penned song. Talented! The climax at the chorus and the ending was awe! What can I say? He carried the song off the song so well! The sentimental Derrick is still here!

I love all the songs in this first album!

Good Morning Nanyang Cafe

I should not be blogging but somehow my eyes really cannot take it anymore. Staring at the lappy with the database right in front is really torturous.

Day 3 already. Accomplishment? Finished keying in data of hundreds unknowns for month of April. Yes only April. 2 more months to go, May and June are waiting for me. But I simply refused to look at em. I am suffering from i-hate-database sickness. I became a scanner and filer too.

I'm not whinning or complaining. Just that staring at the laptop for long hours is draining my eyes. =/ I resort to googling for GREEEEEEEN images to ease the pain.

Let me introduce you the Good Morning Nanyang Cafe @ my workplace;

Ciabattas

I decided to have something special. Not rice, not sandwiches but toast. Craving for kopi out of a sudden. Settled down @ the cafe by the window seats.

It was raining outside, kinda "romantic" and was over the phone w that toot. For someone like me who love toast, it is really a pleasure.

Ordered one of the sets w Orange Ciabatta. It has caramelised orange peel in it. It doesn't look very appetising but somehow after my first bite, I kinda like it. The ice kopi was also aromatic and smooth. FYI, I don't really having liking for kopi.

I realised most of the people there are guys (working adults). It's a good place for friends and business partners to sit down for a chat or business talk while sipping the aromatic kopi and munching on the tasty toasts.

In conclusion, a great place to chill out! Price wise is quite reasonable. About $4 or so for a set meal. If you wanna drop by & try, give me a call!

How's my attachment?
1. My boss is cool, holds doctorate. He told me that we (this generation), masters is a minimum if we want to be in demand by the market. Phd is not needed though.

2. Another cool thing is he told me he never take public transport ever since after NS. I wanna own a car (now)!!!

3. I need not dressed very formally. Jeans, polo shirts is fine.So far so good, just that I hate the whole chuck of data.

4. I created a blog to jot down happenings or what I did for future reference of updating logbook & final report (just in case, I forget what I did).

Butterflies in stomach. Worries about this and that.
I will always feel that whenever I am going to report for work the next day.
