Alright back to blogging.
Thanks to those who have been concerned about my previous post and the friends who kept me going & supporting me. Really appreciate loads. (: I'm glad that the condition has turned better.

In a blink, it's Friday already. School has started after like 7weeks. Those fortunate kiddos in Pri, Sec & JC are going on holidays. Well major exams- Os and As up for some of them as well. Good luck to all of you!
PSLE was over last week. I was still working last week and so overheard colleagues discussing over it since some had children taking the exams. It was really _____ to hear kids crying because they cannot do/complete or maybe ace the paper. It just reflects how competitive people can get over exams. Attended LMS class today and the tutor talked about the education system also. There will be people who will try to squeeze into the top class or best class due to reasons such as friends are there, the subject combination is the best. But everyone has their own capacity. And there cannot be so many people getting As and not possibly having many no.1 as there will have people who's at the bottom. Exams are not everything.
On the last day of work before I left SIM, my colleague talked to me about studies. He really gave me alot of encouragement and tips on how to do well in studies and life. Exams are definitely not just determining how smart you are and how many As you can achieve in academic. During the process of studies, the knowledge and skills we can pick up are far more important than how well you can really do well in exams. He really motivate me to do well. He's also an average polytechnic student, he went overseas to pursue his degree and masters. His GPA was 3.8, quite impressive.
Studies is not about competing with others but a matter of whether you've met your own expectations. 3.41 is considered fairly good but it's not meeting my own expectation. I'm definitely gonna have a better time management and work harder this semester. =)
It's all about attitude!

Work
I have learnt quite alot from my colleagues. Be it from paperwork to handling calls and everything. It's a worthwhile experience over there. The people are really nice over there and even the students are really great and helpful.
School
One week zoooomed past and yeah it's time to switch from holiday mood to study mood. Only had lectures and BCA workshop this week. Everything went in from one ear and came out from the other. BAHhh~ I guess it's gonna be a tough sem ahead since I didn't have any good feeling about any of the lecturers and seems like there's no lecture like CIP that I can skip. Oh well..
Meet ups
Met up with DARcie last Sunday. Yeah went for a lil shopping for bags and stuff. Alright the main point is we got to meet up like finally after !@#$%^& years. Catch up quite along and I guess her life is really happening. Heh! Bitching and suan-ing each other like tomorrow. Doing stupid things like laughing like some mad women on bus, her bbtea incident.. Shall go out again soon yeah~ =D Got a haircut at FarEast too. It was really great as I cut away my thick long fringes.
Out with buddy last Sat but had to pangseh her to rush to hospital. So met up with her on Mon after lecture. Headed to Westmall for movie. The sound system suck. Watched 881. Yeah kinda slow, it's been screening for more than 1mth but just had the free to time to catch it. It was nice but I cannot get some part of the story. It was touching towards the end.
I wanna catch Lust also. Lee Hom's starring in that movie. Hohoho~
Sidetrack a little, wonder if anyone listened to 暗巷2, 广播剧场 by yes93.3fm. The ending 2.1 was really sad but on the whole, the storyline is really good!! Only when you lose something, you'll then cherish it! Click here 暗巷2
Yeah exchanging textbooks and going shopping tml or should I say later in another few hours time.
What a long post, better stop before you wanna throw eggs or rotten veggies.
Enjoy the weekend peeps (before Monday comes again) !!! :D
