It's almost the end of August and it marks the second month into my life as a perm staff. So far so good, heading overseas for work in 2 weeks time. Mixed feelings, excited yet nervous.
Busy with work, catching up with friends...
Gotten my results and I guess I should not grumble. Yay it marks the end of my academic life as of now. No more notes, no more 154, but will miss the good o' days in NP & SIM, esp with my studying buddy- isabelleeeeee who accompanied me thru' the past 5 years.
I should be contented with what I have now, working hard towards my dreams.
Last entry was way back in November, more than half a year without blogging. Wonder how I can actually update my blog so frequently last time. Kinda missed that feeling of updating life as a "storage" which keep tracks of significant stuffs. Oct 18, 2005 was my first entry for this blog. Used to have another blog before I switched over to this one. Literally as I grew older, the entries get lesser and lesser due to the hectic and busy lifestyle as a student. Laziness play a big part too! Heh.
2012.
- SS4! Daebak! Seeing them after a year was really awesome. Queued super early for moshpit. I'd prefer sitting than standing but a good experience.
- Prelims which seriously WAKE or rather woke me up!
- Life revolved around notes, study corner and basically studying.
- Ah gong passed away on 30th April, just a week before the start of my final exams. Kinda unexpected but I know he's better off this way since he's been suffering for years. He'd be in a better place where there's no pain and all.
- Finals started on 10th May and ended on 21st May with 5 papers. Back to back papers seriously drained my energy. It marks the end of my academic life for now.
- Godma has been coming over to cook and it's fun because we'll cook together and bring grandma out at times. Happycall is my best friend in the kitchen. Cannot live without such a useful equipment! :)
- Actively searching for a job and it's tough! Temporary jobs - lower expectation - lower requirements - easier to find.
- Badminton is F-U-N! :D Been quite sometime since I last played. Dennis is a nice chap!
When we were younger, we wish that we could grow up fast but now... I wish time will really slow down. The responsibilities grew over time and it's really better off as a kid, living the carefree life.
